  • Order Confirmation: After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Please check your order confirmation carefully to ensure all details are correct. This confirmation signifies that we have received your order, but it is not an acceptance of your order.

  • Order Acceptance: Your order is accepted only after your payment has been authorized and when the product(s) have been shipped. We reserve the right to reject an order for any reason, including stock issues, incorrect pricing, or concerns about payment security. If we reject your order, you will receive a notification and your payment will be refunded if it has been processed.

2. Shipping and Delivery

  • Inspection of Returns: All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If the returned item does not meet our return policy requirements, your refund will be declined, and the item will be returned to you at your cost.

  • Exchanges: We only accept returns. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original item following our return procedure and then place a new order.
